These adjectives aptly describe our New Year’s cocktail – the Sweet Chai-huahua. Okay…so we added ‘sweet’.

This recipe makes 2 cocktails.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Two Bitch™ Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Chai Brown Sugar Syrup*
- 1.5 oz lemon juice
- ginger ale
- 1 tsp vanilla*
- 2 chai tea bags*
- 1 cup water*
- 1 cup light brown sugar*
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the Chai Brown Sugar Syrup* and allow to cool.
- To a shaker add Two Bitch™ Bourbon, chai syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Shake to frost.
- Pour into 2 cocktail glasses evenly. Top with a splash of ginger ale.
*Chai Brown Sugar Syrup:
Bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of brown sugar to light boil. Turn heat to lowest setting. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Chai tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool completely. Use any leftovers for your coffee! Store in a clean jar in the refrigerator.
The Sweet Chai-huahua can be made ahead of time in larger batches. Save the ginger ale to top just before serving.
