We keep this cocktail simple by purchasing a good quality pre-made tea. We used Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea. Controlling the sweeteners that go in our cocktails is important to us. In many of our recipes, we use homemade syrups, but for this recipe…yep, keeping it simple! We love Torani Puremade Syrups for easy cocktail mixing. They come in a variety of flavors as well as sugar free options. We chose peach.
Makes 6 cocktails.
INGREDIENTS
- 9 oz Two Bitch Bourbon
- One 52 oz Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea
- 6 oz Torani Puremade Peach Syrup (regular or sugar free)
- 3 oz lemon juice
- lemon to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Pour chilled tea into a pitcher.
- Add bourbon, syrup and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
- Serve chilled individually over ice.
- Allow guests to garnish with lemon, mint, extra sweetener and extra Bourbon (if you’re feeling generous)!
