Makes 4 cups.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups water
- 4 oz or 1/2 cup Two Bitch™ Bourbon Eureka Gold™ or Small Batch With Bite™
- marshmallows
- whipped cream*
- additional cocoa to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cream, water, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
- Whisk frequently while bringing to a simmer.
- Bring to a gentle boil then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and Two Bitch™ Bourbon Eureka Gold™ or Small Batch With Bite™
- Pour into mug and top with whipped cream and marshmallows. Sift cocoa powder over top to garnish.
WHIPPED CREAM
In a mixer or bowl combine 1 cup heavy cream (chilled well), 2 Tbsp Sugar and 1tsp vanilla. Beat on high until stiff peaks form (approximately 5 minutes).
